In Android, you can easily change the way contact names are displayed (First, Last; or Last, First) from the Contacts settings screen >> Contacts >> Contacts tab >> you can change the Name format.
In iOS, tap on account icon >> Settings >> Under Contacts >> "Name Format" where you can change the order.
In Contacts+ for Web, navigate to the 3 dots on the top left corner near to tag icon >> View By
