You can turn off/on the caller ID popup from the app Settings --> caller ID -->turn off the show caller ID switch at the top.
If turned off, it won’t be displayed on your screen when receiving calls,
We can turn off the caller ID directly from homescreen --> Tap on three lines(upper left corner) >> Tap on Caller ID is on >> turn off the show caller ID switch at the top.
