In Android, we can easily delete multiple SMS threads from the main SMS tab:
Navigate to SMS tab >> long-press the first thread you want to delete >> the app bar will switch to a multiple selection bar >> select additional threads that you want to delete >>
touch the delete button in the app bar >> a confirmation dialog will pop >> OK.
