If some contacts are missing it might be related to the visible contacts display, which can be customized from the contacts tab
Tap DC(Device contacts) button(upper right corner) --> Touch the settings button (gear icon) in the custom row -->A visible contacts screen will open -- check all the available boxes under the various accounts.
