In general, changing the font size in your Android settings app will also change it in Contacts+.
In addition, if you're using our SMS integration you'll be able to change the messages font size from our messaging settings screen.
To change the text size in our app, navigate to settings >> Messaging >> Text size >> Choose any one option available.
